REACH – a Reality and the Future

From the beginning of 2007, REACH became a reality following an intense negotiation period and much discussion in and outside the European Institutions. The final REACH Regulation is well balanced and will provide a workable framework for managing chemicals for the next 25 plus years.

A Slow Peel test was developed to measure the long-term quality and resistance to hightemperatures of electro-fusion joints in PE and PEX pipes.
